Life is wild, man.

Life is wild, man. No matter how hard you try to be a good person nothing guarantees that everything will go your way. The people you love the most can break you harder than anyone ever will, which is crazy. All the decisions you think are best can bite you in the face at any given moment. No matter what you focus all your efforts on, that work can end up with no success. Why are we born into such a difficult world? Who says that everyone can live life the way they want to?

I used to think like that…sad, right? I, like many others, face adversity that can be too difficult to deal with at times. No one can stop that from happening to them, though. We all hit a low point — or many low points — in our lives. What is my secret you ask? There is no ‘secret’. This way of facing your adversity has just been kept secret from you. Society does not breed successful people. This society breeds followers, and it is the leaders amongst these sheep who come out on top because they learn life’s secret: be the best person you can possibly be for YOURSELF and nobody else.

A problem we face in — this fucked up — society is the constant need to be accepted and understood by everyone we know. So the focus is shifted from the self to the perception of the self. In other words, people are too concentrated on what others think about them. No one is utilizing their energy and attention on themselves. It is as if people are afraid to truly embrace their own being and resort to conformity to feel secure. The social values we have created here in the West induce an individualistic type of persona, but this individual thrives on acceptance. There is a lack of self-sufficiency.

Being independent teaches you so many things. All the brilliant minds that have succeeded in changing the world spent numerous days and countless hours alone. They never cared for anyone else, or what others thought of their actions. All of their focus was on themselves. Every ounce of ambition was put towards their future. Unfortunately, these individuals succeed because they cracked the code to life. They learned how to do it on their own. You need to live life in the dark to truly know what the light feels like.

I am not someone who can tell you how to achieve this greatness. All I can possibly do for you is say this: wake the fuck up you filthy piece of worthless shit. We live in a world that is being consumed by distractions. I fall victim to it as well. Start off by embracing yourself. It all starts with the self. Program that into your brain. We are all capable of greatness; do not let these distractions keep you in the darkness.

Be the best person you can be and spread nothing but love. Do not focus on what others think about you. If you love yourself then your vibration will resonate onto all who surround you. That vibration will both push people away from you and pull certain people closer to you. By working hard on being the best person you can possibly be, you will be immersed in the positivity you have created for yourself and those you choose to be around you.

Never throw yourself in the gutter, life is hard. Who is going to be there for you when no one else is around? Yourself, remember that.
